We are the leaders in sensory quality control for wine, spirits and alcoholic mixed drinks. We are also one of the first laboratories in Europe to be accredited by an independent, state-recognised accreditation body.

We also offer seminars, training and consultancy on topics as diverse as product ranging, cellar management, wine-making and customer-specific standards, to our customers in Germany and abroad, including businesses in the off trade and discount sectors as well as large wine producers, co-operatives and wine estates. Our tailor-made concepts help in the analysis and solving of problems.

Aromatic compounds are found in wines which originate in the grape and these vary depending on the grape variety and origin. Many of them are volatile and found in only the tiniest concentrations. [+]


Our experienced team of winemakers, food technicians and sommeliers is managed by Markus Del Monego, Sommelier World Champion 1998, Master of Wine and certified specialist for wine evaluation, accredited by the Essen, Mülheim a. d. Ruhr and Oberhausen Chamber of Commerce.
